That heal/toe stuff cant be easy will stick with the plastic fantastic me'self.:D

Thought everyone used heel/toe .com or do you mean something else

I just have DFGT and use left foot braking :)

Heel toe isn't as hard as looks to do, but I would imagine very hard to perfect.

What is all this heel toe? When I use my DFGT I use left foot on brake right foot on throttle,my heels stay on pedal base and pivot my foot to use them. Is this what you mean?

G25 left foot braking no clutch, sequential gear change. Flappy paddles for V8's gear stick for BTCC

Why diff for diff cars I always use the paddles. And why not use clutch??

Also I've heard the FF is less in the G27 even tho it's dual motor.

Heal/toe is when you brake with your right foot and blip the throttle with your heal. It's only really used in real life racing ;).

But you can still do that with both your feet

I have more time to shift in the BTCC cars. The V8's are more 2 hands on the wheel at all times, i think i have done a full lap in the BTCC with only 1 hand on the wheel (track dependent) Not sure but i don't think the clutch works on the G25 when set in sequential mode. I can use paddles or gear stick but the G27 only has paddles for sequential.

So Clutch and H shifter is pointless then.

I've never used them in GT5 yet. Don't know how good the feel of the h-box is. Suppose it would be good for a Sunday drive round the ring, or if you wanted to go straight from 7th to 2nd gear :ouch:

Just realized some cars have more gears than the shifter in h-box mode.

Lmao stick with the plastic toad leader the above stuff is the exact reason i have!!:lol:

I know I know but I'm fed up of the noise, wires falling out and the pedals plus it looks nice :)

If you get one they'll be a bit of a learning curve going from one to the other. They'll be a period of getting up to speed.

Really, can't be that much diff surely.

Have done no testing at the Autumn Ring and i'm not to good at the track, Furi still hasn't given me any setup advice, still I got a podium in similar circumstances at Trial Mountain

There is quite a bit.. I'm still not as fast as I was with the dfgt. It just has a very different feedback feel. And on the h shifter... It's fun to use when you don't need to be quick, but for actual racing, its useless.

Slower thought you'd be faster with it being smoother.
I just think you guys are trying to put me off :sly: lol

From what im told i would agree theres always the off season toad to practice long as ya dont need to hibernate or owt.:nervous:

With the tyre situation the Ford will now run at 1440kg after some further testing not that we got any:dopey: Its good for mid 14's around A/R.:)

What was its weight before? :O

Nice, but did anyone make a setup for that thing? No worries if ya didn't.:) The only way I'm competitive in that thing is if I try a different strategy, which won't happen tonight.:p

Anyway, might be able to race tonight.:)👍
