I think it will be for everyone, getting 13 laps at Monza was difficult, 14 at Fuji will be impossible. :)

The Mercs did seem to have better tyre wear when I watched the replay so you might be able to do it, but Fuji is a lot worse on tyres than Monza.

I tried last night and 11-12 laps max doing 42's for first 8 laps.

No way Pedro 2 stops for sure!:crazy: Funny Ferrari's looked better to me tyre wise is there an Italian/German devide developing? Damn you svines!!:mad::lol:
 
You sure? At one point my tyres were almost the worst because I had the wrong brake balance on for half a stint, and Neljack agrees with me so you must just be seeing things ;)
 
Just making excuses for my Monza mistakes really:dunce: I think their all pretty even tbh testing showed that.:) 2 stops race 2 should be more fun and more importantly safer!:scared::ouch:

26 laps would probably have been more strategic.:sly:

Ford and the Viper proved to be the best in early S5 testing although marginal. Hense the weight disadvantages, which have since come down so you should be walking race 2.:dopey:
 
I used to pride myself on my tyre wear but I now struggle :confused: Maybe need to change set-ups. Think running -0.15 front toe maybe has something to do with it.

I just drive smoothly,brake early & late on gas.
 
i rag it round and hope the tryes last for a whole stint. If not, add an extra stop in :p. TC engineering tactics on show now :sly:

From what I remember, your tyres were good enough for a 1 stop at Monza, so you should have done fool :lol:
 
Fuji has too many mid-speed corners and the last sector.
This is a Tire munching Track although it has smooth surface. I couldn´t test yesterday => probably will do a 2 stopper due to my PS3 absent Weekend.

yea, but we like to make it hard for ourselves at TC. Expect me and Akmuq to be 3 stopping fuji 👍
