Ive made an executive decision to postpone SPA for 2 weeks due to my co-host having troubles and i think its a fair thing for me to do.

SPA will now be on the 10th Sepember
Q will now start on the 3rd of september

@ Haitch40 & Neljack.... your Q times are now void and we will restart them on the date above.

Hope you all understand and it hasnt caused any problems.
