Friend had one in College, kept taking it in to be fixed. So yeah his would have been on the not so reliable list. Was the 1.4 one too btw.

From what I remeber first is had a on/off misfire, can't remeber the other few times.

I read all this headgaskets failures, andmost them dont understand why its gone - mainly because its poorly treated by owners or they dont regularly check the car over. :rolleyes:

I know mg have a poor record but if theyre still running and looked after surely cant be bad then?
 
Yup as I said if you can find one that hasn't been mullered etc and has been looked after I don't see why not. 👍 (If you missed my edit)

You changed it when I was replying :lol: yeah completely agree, you get dodgey cars like 206 and there reliable but in the wrong hands they can turn bad. 👎

My house mate went out without his key so I had to get up and let him in :banghead:, I was 20 odd seconds off the back of the pack with 4 to go so decided to park up in the pits.

I actually hate Tokyo more than my vette does! And yes, before you ask, that is possible. Roll on Spa, much more up my strasse :-)
 
I'm not a mechanic, and only have 2 days until the next online events start again, so I'm most likely better off buying a new one ASAP...
