Laps For Indy 11 & 32

Must confess havent done a test worked on our usual 9pm ish finish if that will do.:)

Not in that sense I just think I may have annoyed a few of you with what was in hindsight a bit of a weird request.
 
Indy is 2.5miles per lap iirc. So converting to Kms; Race 1 is 44.25kms (27.5miles); Race 2 is 128.75Kms (80miles). Given Indys low wear rate anyway should be easy enough.

I think he was talking about the length as in time wise, Toyko was 50 minutes.

Well, time wasn't such a big issue, it's just that if there's less distance, it means my tires won't be in such horrendous condition by the end. :p

My tyres haven't been below 50% wear yet, how hard is your setup and how hard are you pushing??:scared:

Hey, JB gave it, it's okay but I don't suppose I can really drive a supercar without pushing hard to an extent. :dopey:
 
Checked my GTPedia and did some multiplying of track distances and laps. Indy is about 7kms shorter in race 1 and 18 in race 2, than Toyko. Happy Penguin? :dopey:
 
*Any complaints with regards to somebody breaking the rules shall be sent via Personal Message on GTP to Me or V8-Johnboy and include what we should look for and what lap the incident happened on, so we are sure to keep a close eye for it.
A first offense will most likely result in a warning, but if the outcome of the race is drastically altered, a points penalty can and will be handed out for a first offense.

I want to stress the above this does not mean communication via Skype headsets PM DHL or carrier pigeon to anyone else other than the 2 names mentioned above. We will gladly follow up anything with the stewards post race but any requests to look at individuals once the penalties have been deliberated will be fruitless how the hell can we:crazy:. So as i posted in the thread directly after Spa if you have any issues follow procedure that goes for anymore poxy psn messages we recieve on race night again something i asked to stop!

I wasn't sure if I would make a replay of the short race since not everyone is visible on my replay (since I had connection problems). But I love Spa (and I had a nice fight with Nel!) so I still made one.

Uploading the "dropbox-versions" like I have done so far takes a lot of time and upload bandwidth... so since most people seem fine with youtube (and probably aren't as manic as I am about video quality) I will just upload the replays to youtube from now on (unless somebody explicitly asks for the "HQ-version")

Warning ~ Minor infringements eg love taps, impatients, general messy driving, punting someone off but returning spot, very minor track boundary offences including pit entrance exit offences.

Band 1 ~ Punting someone off/divebombing without returning a spot gaining an unfair advantage, or some track boundary infringments depends on how many but deemed more than minor. (5 secs)

Band 2 ~ A combonation of the 2 above or more exaggerated , overly aggressive driving impatients divebombing etc leading to another drivers race disruption. (15 secs)

Band 3 ~ Again a combination of band 1/2 but more exaggerated general complete disregard for the rules laid out.
(30 secs)

Race Ban ~ Last resort as always this one, any on/off track threatening behaviour swearing etc which is brought to our attention or witnessed in the race lobby.

To whoever wanted an idea, this will be put in the OP when Gedi is ready. The above is always at the discretion of the stewards.

Any issues scroll back to C on Furis list.

Thanks! I enjoyed our battle. Yeah... only noticed afterwards that we weren't actually fighting for the lead.. on my screen you WERE in the lead :dunce:

Yeah... I also hope connection will improve.
 
OP updated with the new penalty system.

They may seem to be a bit harsh but at the end of the day if you dont want to be penalised then stick to our guidelines,its not hard.

Indy a difficult track I'm finding, seems like you need a new setup for every track this season.

So far a 1:33.399 but more to come I'm sure, handling very bad.
