So you guys say 1:50 is a competitive time? Is this after your tires starting to wear out? Or just after a few warm up laps? Just curious cause the maserati is still no where near done tuning and I'm running a consistent 1:47 on 7-8 laps

With 543bhp, 1423kg and racing medium tyres, I got a 1:51.9. Could probably get another 1/2 second off of that. Sound ok-ish to you?

No, its not RM'd. It just has all the aero parts as per spec 👍

As has been mentioned though, imo you won't be able to go race distance on them

I did 7-8 laps and they are maybe 1/3rd worn out. Working great for me if u ask me.

Again my times where in the high 1:47
 
1.47 and people say that the M3 will kick ass... I think not! i can only get 1.50 at mo.
 
I suppose some cars will be harder on their tyres, and that'll go for drivers also :lol:

I'm having a few beers and doing some testing tonight, so hopefully I'll end up more aware of what I need to be doing

I'm tempted to put some bigger wheels on it and paint it matt black 💡 :D
 
I'll see what I can do with an m3 tonight. Racer Paul n 69 add me n we will hang out n do some practing
 
Real basic tune with M3 ran 1:47.0XX, Lexus I ran a 1:42.XXX... I know I am in the American League... but I'm always up for tuning!
 
So I think I must of been in some groove last night lol. Been testing n tuneing for about an hour now before dinner and best is a 1:48.7 lol idk what was with me last night or maybe it's tonight idk but we will see

1.42 ouch.. well im glad your not in our one.
I need a lot of practice as im only getting 1.50+
 
Who else thinks we should all meet up in the next few days for some testing?
maybe tmw night as johnboy is away till then.
 
Ya I should be on. 69 add me. I tried adding u today n it didn't work. And don't worry 69 you will get faster. Maybe I'll grab another M3 and help you out
 
From what I could always tell is that the 07 M3 has no where near the same gearing as the CSL. ThR newer3 gears seem almost lazy, I would change them gears separately one gear at a time and get some very aggressive gears in it first.

Thats one of the things that im not familiar with.
I find the brakes on the M3 are so lame.
 
Spots still going, also couple of people need team mates.

Had a chance to run the M3 round Monza yet SVT?? 💡 Hope you can do a similar time in the BMW more than likely me and 69's lack of talent hopefully!!
