I didn't like the BMW, good base though

Just out of interest could we do what Motogp does and have like a Rookie of the Year award? And then you could have awards for others, like most podiums or wins, most crashes etc.... Might be good, just an idea đź‘Ť

Gedi do you think mid-week Q is the way to go wether we do 1/2 divisions dosent really matter im just thinking it may save time on monday nights just a thought??
 
This isnt 'cause im a Lexus driver, 1st of all.

But surely it'd be easier for all of us just to use Racing Hards?

I do like the whole strategy thing with the different compounds, but I think it'll get borderline on ridiculous in feature races, and it wont exactly remove the strategy element.

BTW thats not a rant, Im just sayin' :P

Are you talking about just the feature race Nel?? If so that was the original plan (just hards) with tyre wear on softs/mediums are pretty useless with the new physics system and yep i agree could get a little twitchy out there. Atleast we would know where we stand with hards only. Lexus hards will struggle in comparison anyways so dont see any advantage. Might help the bug too im thinking all those different tyres running/wearing at once could induce problems?? See what response we get/what gedi thinks and we will go from there.đź‘Ť

Also midweek Q feelings?????

Tyre - Keep it open. I think it works well in the sprint races, close and stuff. And for race it would make interesting ideas and stuff đź‘Ť

JB - No idea who the rookies are, oh wait Im one :dunce:

Except softs are still fastest even with the crazy wear on them.

Race we had towards the end of S2 proved tyre strategies make for an exciting feature race Ak if i remember rightly.:dopey:

Save time??
The night don't seem that long does it.

I've always said using R/H's for race 2.
But strategy would be good if the bug allows us.

No nights not to long, just thought it would suit some (Hanc for one is he a reserve???) to get it done during the week gap, if everyones happy on the night to do Q i am.đź‘Ť
Race 2, im easy either way was thinking of added bug risk more than anything else but as the great man said "He who dares wins".:):nervous:

As far as I'm aware hanc is don't think his said otherwise.
At the moment "he who dares gets bugged"

Depends if Q is on race night or not!
If Q is during the week then maybe but if on race night then we wouldn't want to risk provoking the bug.

Would be a hell of alot easier Tom but why risk it,shame??:grumpy::scared:

Edit ^ Agreed, Q depends on what people want Gedi maybe use our "vote poll"?? One the night or during the week. If during the week tell us when and we can witness the lap and log the time, im sure one of us will be available when it suits to witness things. Me Gedi Stu Rp Andy all regulars around 7pm-10pm most nights sure one is happy to spare 10 minutes.
Im cool with either as it goes what the people want BST wil give.............within reason.:)

Hmmm maybe 2 practice laps one hot lap record time done. If you dont do a Q lap in the week and turn up to race on the monday you start at the back.

Best drift, most hilarious incident...

Off topic, I went karting a while ago and my friend got a trophy because he broke the track... the race stopped for about 10 minutes while the stewards fixed it. Was hilarious.
