Just had a bad thought. If we have 16 drivers = 2 divisions of 8, it makes me 2 places from the drop point to Div 2 and King,Carb and Hanc (to name 3)still to set times, it's not looking to good.
 
I see a problem developing.
Someone who constantly finishes 7th or so in div 1 has no real incentive to stay and not drop to div 2 that they know they have a good chance of winning. The 5 points extra only realy works if your at the top of Div 1.

You get 10 bonus points for Qualifying for division 1.

9th in division 1~~ 10+7= 17pts (race2)

1st in division 2~~ = 22pts. (race2)

Personally i wouldnt want to risk trying to win div 2 each week.

Message for Reserves

In order to make the Q system fair and workable we will need to know wether you wish to race on any given monday by midday on the Sunday the line ups will be announced soon after this cut off, if we hear nothing we will take it as a NO show. If your Q time is a D1 time you will recieve your 10 bonus points even if you dont race, if you cannot make the races the best time from D2 will step up to D1 and recieve 10 points respectively.

:lol: I might as well join fully then as the reason I wanted reserve is because my mum is sometimes but not always a pain in the rear and makes dinner for 7. But I will see what I can do in regards to that so that I am availible at 7.

And yes I should cook myself but my mother is a traditionalist who thinks everyone should be at the table and eating the same meal etc.
