Here is my Vette setup. Ballast: 200Kg all the way back LSD: 10/20/20 RH: 43/37 Springs: 12.0/10.0 Damp: 5/4 Damp: 7/5 ARB: 5/3 Camb: 1.8/1.2 Toe: -0.15/0.00 Breaks: 4/5 Engine upgrade: Engine stage 1,2,3. Titanium exhaust (purely for the sound) Weight upgrades: 1,2. Just to make 200kg ballast and min weight Enjoy. The car corners well and is very forgiving on the throttle.

JK2 - Yeah I selected the Maserati as I wanted a challenge đź‘Ť Harder to drive, thought I had done well setuping it up, clearly not :dunce:
 
Carb JK2 is much quicker than us in anything you give him he went out in the Maserati and destroyed us still 136s deal with it fella its the driver not the cars chap!:yuck:

but we done the tests with all mods and using the slider and the car was slower!

Yep my Lex was aswell lol its ok its talent simple as that. This is where this alien tag comes from i guess. Besides theres still great racing to be had down the field imagine if guys like Jack and Furi ran everytime things got tough they would never race would they.:lol:Sorry furi couldnt help it.

However, I destroyed my own Jaguar times in a Corvette with no practice beforehand...

I like the Masserati. I think the vette is better, but this is good one too.
I tried the Jag, but it dipped the front so much under breaking. Made me seasick.

I'll give the Camaro a shot.
Or maybe the Merc. The ultimate Old Farts car.

I dont mind JK2 if Gedi dosent. Although i feel you are simply compensating for the rest of our abilities.

So why pick it Carb?? You went from the M3 to the Jag???:crazy: Even JK2 said the Jag didnt suit him, although Jonzster has performed very well in it i guess its whatever floats ya boat.

Theres been plenty of time to test all the cars what with the bug now after deadline has passed you discover the Jaguar isnt for you.:dunce:

Oh but you misunderstand me, I was only saying that the Corvette is so much faster, it shouldn't be legal. Jonzster's time has nothing to do with this, he's better at driving the Jaguar than I am, but the success should be 100% down to the driver and not the car...

I think the Jaguar is a good car, mixed with my habit of doing hotlaps it should keep me in Division 1 the whole season if possible.

I think corvette is good yes, but I wouldnt say it would be a car that could walk anyway every race in my hands. I think JK2 just has a lot of talent and brains and well done to him. I didnt select the Maserati because it was the faster, i selected it because I wanted a challenge. JB had the same idea. TBH im not bothered if JK2 wins in the Vet, Jag or whatever he drives because he has talent and I know all the cars are equal. The end

Carb we can only test with the abilities we have mate eventually we just have to suck it and see. Every practice race has been very close up until JK2 showed up (no offense ment:crazy:) Ask any of the guys how close its been i liked the Corvette but couldnt get the very best out of it i was better in the Dodge infact.:crazy: The Jaguar for me was far to twitchy think Rp said the same it was a tough car to tame although Jonzster clearly has managed it. Im sorry if you didnt get round to testing the Vette to the max before deadline day but i repeat there has been loads of time practice nights/launch night etc were you could have tried a few cars out to see what suited you best not sure what more we could have done?? If you had ended up with the Corvette and did well nobody would have minded.:indiff:

I had low motivation before I finally started considering the divisions a good idea (that's not because of glitches though, but because now everyone can get to race if they can) as I had had enough of PD's rules, so I think my absence is justifiable. :crazy:

Just gave Sail's tuning a go. My times have improved slightly, about 0.1 sec, but the difference in the car is great. Only had a short test but tyre wear has gone down and turn in has improved. Given more time could probably shave another 2 to 3 tenths. At worst same speed and less wear. đź‘Ť

Sail YOUR THE MAN thank you.

PS. this doesn't mean i'm going to win a race, but in this company a top 5 would be an excellent result for me.

Im down to 137.8s with the great ones system and regular low 138s still killing tyres on the Lexus however.:nervous:
