You hit the nail on the head JB it is just a GAME! Really must get Senna's mantra outta my head about going for gaps and if you don't 'you no longer racing driver' lol
Let's put this all behind us and have some great racing until the end of the season!

Managed to keep the car on the track long enough to set some laps if Toad leader agrees 11 & 27 looks good for Leg Sec.

Had a quick go lastnight 5/6 laps managed a 126.038 along with plenty of sand visits, as gedi still not a fan.:yuck:

My best so far (as of about a minute ago :p) is a 1.26.278 with a bit more to come :)
 
About tyre runs, I did a 14 lap stint on tyres with the BMW and I got there with enough grip so wasnt exactly staggering around at the end trying to get to the pits, so a 1 stop is possible (and be successful 'looks at Alien and Gedi' ;)) but at the end of the stint i was doing 1.31's/32's so would be losing a lot of time compared to the 2 stop guys.

Ill probably do a 2 stop to be honest, will see what JB reports back with :p
 
@jonszter: It´s ok. Racing-accidents occur but the Result is the same ;) I´m not angry at anybody for that it´s just a conclusion.
I can think of S1 where I screwed someones race => It can happen to everybody


Didn´t want to sound mad//angry or something like that. Just collected my findings with a slight touch of rest-angryness xDD.

My first testing will be later today but just short. Hoping to get a 1:25 because me think its possible after my 2:01.337 at Nürb (0.8 seconds better than my Q time).

Tried to make it a tricky call.:sly: Lexus dosent know what a 1 stopper is.:crazy:
 
By the way I can´t make it this Monday. I still want to Q maybe I get the pole and them 2 points *rollsonthefloor*

That's okay bud you may want to revise your on for the win bit though in your earlier post? you admit your tyres were going off and having already done your last stop I don't see were that pace was going to come from? I think that comment is making me look overly bad and taking away from the performance of the podium placed guys don't you think? Anyway no hard feelings we live and learn.

Considering everyone in the top 10 were less than a second away in Q - theres really no reason why he couldnt of got another podium, clearly had pace in race 1 - and was catching you and Syjones, but its all what ifs. Will never know, but I wouldnt right anyone off because its a much closer field this time compared to S3, were there clearly faster cars. In S4 there is no one car that clearly has the advantage at a track - its all a mix in the works atm
 
I just based my comments on the facts of watching the live timing screen and tyre wear icons it's pretty clear to me

Im just saying - sakery cant see what your tyres are like. If he was catching you or pulling away Im sure he has every right to push hard if he thinks he could do better.

Its done now, but in that sitution you were thinking you could beat Sakery so he could question you if you were faster, and the tyre wear etc etc. Its done and finished, but I dont think its right to believe that you are going to be faster than everyone else, as some people were doing 1 stops and might have saved there tyres so they could psuh like hell in the last few laps or something - you've got to think ahead, and plan what to do next
