There was worse out there Inc me, I keep kicking myself for 1 stopping.

That was nice last night having no lag.

Going online for some laguna testing if anyone wants to join. 1.26.885 was my best but still hate this track, was with nurb setup so room for more I think.

Had a quick go lastnight 5/6 laps managed a 126.038 along with plenty of sand visits, as gedi still not a fan.:yuck:
Hope to do a tyre test tonight and put a lap suggestion to u's.💡

Not a fan of the track but tend to go well at laguna. Had 2 wins there in the Mazda roadster series so shall go into 1st practice quite confident. Whether I come out of it with the same confidence is another matter!
 
I'll stick it in the sand first!

Race you to the 25s John. Then watch as alien rapes the 24s.

Race one was superb.
Qualified 6th and went as 6th out of the first lap, but there was massive position change and people exchange.
Fought with Gedi and Strawman for almost the entire race. First half I stuck behind Gedi but managed a pass.
Then I went for Andy but we must have done almost the same Lap-times till lap 7 where I was at his rearend (but me misbraking and a little gap -_-).
Lap 8 again closed a bit (2:01.337) and then the last Lap.
After Dunlop I sucked myself closer to him and after the 2 S-Corners I was directly behind him.
He went for the inside to "block" me and I tried my luck on the outside
=> Andy misbraked me 3rd he 4th :D

Race2:

Well me was confident for this one. Start went fine went for the inside and due to "runing-wide´s" me could pass a few.
Race went one everybody quite close together.
I decided for a 1lap earlier 2 stopper (7, 15) and after 12 laps me infront with Nel up my rear.
And then the final laps.
Was on the run for maybe win, 2nd, 3rd or 4th but Jonszter screwed that mission (was a unintentionally accident but the result stays the same).
2 laps in row he misbraked at Dunlop and as result Nel and Andy drove away and Cunny squeezed hiself passed me too a lap after (he would have passed me anyway due to my tires being f-up).
Drove home but was served.

I have to say I like trading paint the fair way (was to rough to Toffe lap 17-19 (??don´t know which one??) at first two turns if a steward wants to look at this) but some where over the Top yesterday.
I on the inside with 50 cm of asphalt to my right and what happens ??
Someone tries to pass me from my rightside O_o
No space => he pushed me wide => lost speed/grip/and positions

And I passed almost everbody clean (as said trading paint is for me ok) and the thing after the race "Track is too narow" is wrong.

You see I´m still a bit angry but I watched the Replay and have a relatively good memory.

But liked the Races was fun after a long Brake 👍

No idea what happened during mid race- lost 1.8 seconds over 2 laps, and no power decrease :confused:

Gotta agree with the driving last night - its fine when its fair racing and some touchs, but I felt it was very TOCA style - as though it was the last race ever and everyone being very disparate, really annoyed as I made great overtakes but there was always someone throwing it down my inside or something 👎

Sorry about running wide into Sakery, did slow down to allow you the place back but was my mistake - brakes arent strong on dodge imo
 
I was fine for incidents on the whole, had a bit of an incident coming out of the chicane where I passed Tofe thinking he wasnt going into the pits as he held the racing line and as I was along side him he turned right into my door. :p. Nothing serious :), was pretty cheesed off at the time though.

Also, I wonder what the odds would have been on Andy and myself being top 2 after the first 2 rounds :p

Because you were in clean air in race 2 :lol:

I've increased my lead again over everyone in like the top 10 I think :D

Well done to keeping 2nd mate, race 2 always more important for points 👍
 
New internet is working at full speed. 46mb download atm, 16upload :). Still, strange on monday that it disconnected me and then said the network was down, but I was still logged in and could see that you lot were still racing :(:crazy:
