I'm siding with the 'carry on' option. Restarts tend to only be for DC's/black screens.

Penalties will always be applied in the week after each round, and the dropping of scores will happen right at the end of the season (unless you get a 0, which will be dropped immediately... I mean, can't get any worse than that, can it? ).

Remember the penalty system is 'points on your license' rather than deducting championship points.
