Sorry @Ian_83 I've been testing for another series and just got a lot on at the moment. But thinking about testing Wednesday if any one is free?????

I've done this in an online lobby amongst friends, ran a lower PP than everyone else and not said anything until after the race. I wouldn't do it in the BTCC though, it's tough enough without a lack of power.
 
Tbh I'm considering dropping out aswell.

I have considered joining Tuesday instead as the base model racing/1 make racing at the moment just feels more enjoyable to me.

i know what you mean priesty, i much prefer 1 make stock cars, it's more fun. but this entire BTCC series has been fun, even though im terrible XD lol

No I just read you post wrong! (Still recovering from a weekend in Newcastle!)

I'll see how I feel later this week and let you know.

BTCC was really enjoyable when I ran in it and your a great bunch of racers but I don't want to commit knowing I'm not 100% in for the whole season.
 
I'll be around this thurs and at season start.

Not sure i'll keep at it, i'm too bad a tuner and i'm pretty sure i'll drop out most of the weeks with pre-qualy.
 
something i just noticed, tyre wear is normal? please tell me thats not a mistake, as thats what i've really been struggling with last few seasons
 
Tyre wear will be on normal (unless it changes prior to round 1).

Yup, proper race night sim tomorrow, so all at Spa. Running through the whole format from pre-Q through. Nobody fails to qualify obviously, as it's 16 in the lounge only tomorrow, but just need to check everything runs smoothly 👍
 
If anyone needs to friend request me for tonight's test then please try to do so before about 6pm GMT. I really don't want to have to make a new lounge halfway through today.
 
Okay I should be able to make it but I think I need to send a FR.
 
Test lounge open. Friend requests after 7pm will not be accepted until after the test is over.
 
I hope that it all goes smoothly tonight. :) I hope that the cars are all competitive.
 
I want to finalize my decision. I have chosen to sign up in the bmw. If anybody would want to team up let me know. I have some experience in tuning the bmw if you want to try it.

PD are useless. Had to exit game and come back in. Everyone's doing race 1 at the mo

Edit again: It wouldn't leave the room so I had to exit game again. Tonight is not going well

guys need to calm down... It's useless to have a contact first lap and then racing alone. i'm tired of this.

I join this test races to get to race with others and see if i can hold a chance, people have to learn to be respectful and way for a pass opportunity that won't kill someone's else race.
 
I'd like to officially sign up for the BMW as well. I agree karsten that people should be more careful when testing but at the same time this is a competitive bunch and everyone wants to see how they compare to the others and try to simulate a race situation where everyone will be pushing hard. Anyway, I saved all of the replays and will take a look. Obviously no warnings or penalties can come from a test session but I'll watch them anyway.
