Invitations do not offer a discount. They just give you a window to be able to purchase a car. Outside of that window, when you click on the car in Brand Central it will tell you that you need an invitation to purchase it.
Check out the La Ferrari, F40 (or 50) and FXX (last 3 cars in Ferrari) in the Ferrari Brand Central. The invitation icon is grayed out.

I'm not really bothered about the invitations because I think they're going to cycle on-and-off sporadically either at random or on a fixed rota.

I got an invite for one of those hideous Citroen things, I won’t be bothering with that!

I wished those invitation would provide a discount on the car. Got one for the Porsche Carrera GT and I don't even have enough money to buy it 😂

I have one for a Cr 2.3 million Porsche..... not exactly pocket change this early on!

It’s the Enzo I think F40 and F50 not in grand central.

I was going from memory while at work. I know it’s the last 3. I got the invitation on my main account with 2 weeks to purchase.
On my alt, it tells me I need the invitation to purchase them. I assume it’s random for everyone.

All 3 for me would be like 7.7 million credits. I doubt I can get that in 2 weeks…..just don’t have the time. But you can bet that I will not fall for the micro transaction……

Would there be any logic behind when you are invited? On friday I had one for pagani and on sunday one for aston martin.

I’ve got one for Lamborghini Veneo. 3.6m is a bit to much after 3 days 😂
I got the Veneno as well. This isn't going to last because the 20 million credit limit is still in the game, and that defeats the purpose of invitations.

Say I just bought a car and another one comes up but I don't have money because I can't save up more than the limit. Now by the time I save up again, it's too late.

My guess is they forgot to remove the limit. They did the same in GT6 then patched it months later.

Still, I am going to buy the Lambo.....for reasons. 😏

Microtransactions.

I have the Bugatti invitation but won't be availing if it at the moment. One I don't have the money, and secondly there are many cars I want before a Veyron.

I have only bought 2 cars so far - Toyota Aqua and Toyota TS050-Hybrid 2016 #6.

Ive got the one for Veyron on the second day of playing, is there any info how these actually work? are they randomly awarded? or for completing certain events? Also theyre not one time only right? that would be the dumbest game design in history

They don't tell you on purpose to induce FOMO. It could be a week before you get invited again, it could be a month, it could be never.
