Not too much changed between the Veyron and the SS. Mostly, more horsepower. Add a turbo for it. The paint scheme would be nice though.

I doubt it. How many cars did PD model that there's only a few of? Quite a bit. Ones that are worth a lot more than a Veyron too. If they can get their hands on a Mark IV GT40, they can certainly get their hands on something that's a lot more common.

Forget it. The regular Veyron isn't Premium and Bugatti doesn't have a Premium dealership. PD has already stated that any offered DLC will also be available in the dealerships, minus special edition DLC like Chromelines, Stealths, and Edge SSs.

Kaz has said in an interview that he wants to focus on adding new cars to the game via DLC. We already have a Veyron, but a standard version just doesn't cut it and Kaz has to know that. So only he knows I guess.

And they also got their hands on a car that only one copy exists of and it never raced in the Jaguar XJ13.

Yep. Same with all the other racecars. There's only ONE of each. (excluding cars that have the exact same body but a different livery, like NASCAR's, but they would still have to get their hands on at least one of them)
