Read this AD, this, this(ask them if the case is ATX and what would the price be for case and PSU), these cheap cases, and this seems to be a great deal.
That's almost all I could find on the first page of my search. The last one that I have linked seems to be the best deal since it's Full ATX and comes with a 400watt PSU
UPDATE: I STILL haven't got a PC yet (URGGGHHH IM MAD) because my rents say for when school starts. So i've still been shopping around and I have gotr some more money now. $510 to be exact. So I noticed that I can go intel now. So I'm either going to get:
