I need a GameShark code to buy any car in any car shop (Toyota, Honda, etc) on new car slots, including the Corvette '67 427 Coupé, if is possible for the NTSC 1.0 version.
Thank you so much!!!👍
While it is possible to shark the Corvette'67 into your garage, obscure details make it impossible to arrange to "purchase" it from a dealership; doing so will lock the game up.
For "new" and "prize" cars I might often use the following to make a car appear in the Subaru "special model". http://www.geocities.com/gt2toxs/gt/diary/2000-10-26.html
New and (most) prize cars will appear for their "standard" price. (Cr20,000 for prize cars, IIRC). Used cars will have no price, and cannot be purchased that way, but this method is still useful for determining all the colours.
It's not a game shark. I'm using the PAL version of the game with an Action Replay cartridge but I think the mem locations are different. To be honest I haven't tried for a long time.
Action Replay does not have an interactive memory editor does it?
Probably not, and that's unforturnate because that feature of the Game Shark Pro made garage manipulation very easy.
In fact, I suspect Action Replay may be like a Game Shark with no conditional codes, which could make things tricky. RogsR34UK would know the differences. But I'm pretty sure he didn't do anything with GT1.
Yes and no. It does have a mem reader but I have never really had any success with it. When you re-boot the PS1 and look in the AR mem it displays the pictures from loading GT but I have never been able to load the mem shots from the garage in anything else...

GT1 was a tricky game to get loaded with boot codes.
