#91 | Level 22 (6 possible cars) OR Birthday 2000 Tickets (about 100 models each with about 5-10 colors)
#51 | Level 21 (about 37 possible cars) OR Birthday 2000 Tickets (about 100 models each with about 5-10 colors)

You can always get them on a Ticket 1000 but that could be any car in any color in the game (good luck in that crapshoot)

Your best bet is the #91 inside the Level 22. You should only have to try 3-10 times to get it from that one.
