Looks better than the standard C7. Now, get rid of pushrods and leaf springs and it will finally be cool and up to date design.

Blasphemy!!!! Lol
Go ye unto the Temple of Torque, and repent of thy sins, and perform 5 hail Chevy's; and pray for mercy on your soul!

My soul has been sold to the church of DOHC and IRS and irrevocably tied to coilspring suspension. GM almost had the Corvette right with the C4 ZR1, but only 50% so..

Love this design. If I was rich, I would buy the C7 and the wagon. Great design, Callaway.

I do not like the C7... but this Callaway shooting brake looks quite good, and it has blistered rear arches (something much needed on the slabbed rear C7). I approve. 👍

I hope Chevy brings back the Nomad. That's what that Corvette "Wagon" is based on not the Ferrari FF. Chevy doesn't need anything to compete with Ferrari since the ZR1 already owns every current in production Ferrari.

I thought it was pretty confirmed when Callaway carried it on their website three days ago...

Why is this even considered? Unless it will be for anyone outside the US, or a limited production, we the people have made the statement that the wagon is dead in the US. The Magnum had hope, the Taurus X was a one year option I believe, and I'll go out on a limb and state that the CTS/ATS/WTH will do the same. Add to that I have seen very few Volvo, BMW, Mercedes, or Audi estate cars in my life, and it seems pointless to make one.

NOTE: I don't hate them, I want a Magnum myself, I'm just stating how I see the lack of demand.

Yes but this would, most likely, be a made-to-order deal using an existing car. Therefore, there is no need for large production facilities for an entire model. In this case, lack of demand isn't really an issue.

I can't believe it. I thought the Cadillac CTS wagon was a one off.

One strange quirk where my brain would go against everything I believe in and say "I want that station wagon"

THERE CAN'T BE A SECOND TIME. NOPE. NOPE NOPE NOPE.

Maybe.

Massa had that in the F1.

Was thinking what kind of Ferrari is that.

Not really a wagon but more of a hatch i think.

I have a thing for shooting brakes so this gives me a fizzing sensation....

Love the looks, although I wonder whether it'll still have that removable 'targa' roof, that'll look odd.

Callaway is awesome. Hope they make plenty shooting brakes kits

It might look a bit like a FF, but without a significant wheelbase stretch there's no room for rear seats/passengers... I'm struggling to see the point.

Sometimes a shooting brake is more about style than any real practical concerns, it looks different (maybe even better) than a regular C7, that might be the only point that's needed for some.

Wouldn't be the first 'Vette-based shooting brake either.

Two side profile photos of the regular C7 and the AeroWagon. I give props to Callaway of keeping the design close to the original car. 👍

Those side profile shots really make me realize how little extra space the AeroWagon will have over the regular C7 :dunce: Not much use in terms of practicality, but it still looks nice.

Not entirely convinced by the design yet (which is probably the main reason for this version of the C7), but wagons of normal cars are sometimes improvements over the normal design, for example the new Mercedes-Benz CLS Shooting Brake, which looks better than the coupé I think. So if this is anything official, and if it will look decent, then I might like it. :p
