No because game console controller compatibility is not open source as it is with a PC.
On a PC, all software that offers input with game controllers must have compatibility with any industry standard control devices.
Game console controller compatibility must be purchased as a license item from the holder of the rights to that console, and then specific controller compatibility must be written into the game software.
Looks like you'll need to get that 2nd wheel when GT4 comes out in your region!
