Can anyone recommend some good Techno?Music

prefferably Trance, but I really dont know about electronica or house. Could comebody explain these for me?

The first CD that got me into techno was George Acosta's "Awake". I then started getting all his CDs, and he is probably my favorite trance DJ. Other good DJs that I like are Paul Van Dyk, ATB, Tiesto, and Carl Cox. I'm not really a die hard techno fan, so I don't know who the best DJ is or anything, but those are the djs that I have heard and have enjoyed.

Electronica is the broad definition of music created with electronic instruments. House is modern disco with deep sounds and vocals. Trance is relatively fast tempo dance music with an almost euphoric sound.

Examples of House would be:

Carl Cox
Oscar G
Bad Boy Bill

Examples of Trance would be:

Armin van Buuren
Ferry Corsten
Marco V

I recommend getting DJ Tiesto - Nyana if you want a mix cd (2) and Ferry Corsten - Right of way, Tiesto - Just Be, and Paul Van Dyk - Global if you want the artists own music. 👍

If you are looking for a great collection of artists. Go to Best Buy, and hook yourself up with both "Trance All-Stars - Synergy II" and "Trance All-Stars - Worldwide". Both are 2 disc sets and have enough great music on them to last you for a long time.

I dont know how to phrase this without sounding like an idiot, but does anyone know the name of the techno mix where the background singer goes "la la la la la-lalalalala"? (she actualy says la la...). Its kind of happy sounding.

Without knowing what exactly you like ill throw out some good ones IMO.

Trance:

Whiteroom-Someday:real nice haunting vocals and killer second half, its not officially out yet, but you should be able to find some rips. There is a dub out there if thats your prefrence.
