I'd recommend attempting this trophy "scenario" in arcade so you don't smash up one of your cars for GT Life... Unless you want to have a big repair bill(that will need to be paid) to fix the chassis, because it will be ruined for sure, tires will wear out really quickly and the car will "bounce" all over the place even while driving in a straight line. I know from experience unfortuantely, I'd avoid attempting in GT Life. Cheers.

i'm glad that you can't majorly hurt your car in game because my car already looked pretty bad when my brother drove in front of me pulled the emergency break and we both crashed and flipped against the wall at Daytona i think after that everything that could be broken was

That doesn't actually "stop" the damage from happening... Eventually(after enough hard impacts) the car will literallly "bounce" (i use bumper cam) to the point where I have a hard time seeing, no bs. I experimented with a brand new Corvette(premium). After a few impacts a "bill" will appear and be able to be paid, but it doesn't need to be right away. There will be a point that tire wear will become "uneven" and the car is slower and will even "weave" in a straight line. NO BS.

I took a couple different Premium rally cars (one was the Ford Focus, and I forget which the other was) to Daytona superspeedway, ran in reverse, and collided with oncoming cars head-on over and over for half an hour per attempt and nothing came off. The hood or trunk bounced around and I think maybe a door flopped about, but nothing ever fell off. I even tried it with mechanical damaged turned on and I managed to completely cripple several AI cars so badly they parked in the grass rather than limped to the pits, but still no success with falling parts.

The way I got it was by going to Eidfeld Norgelflatz (whatever the heck the name is for that mountainy course), went in reverse to the tunnel, and parked side-ways in the tunnel. I waited for the AI to come along and moved forwards or backwards to block their paths so that they T-boned me. I got it very quickly this way.
