they are easy. Try to brake before you turn, NOT while you are turning. And always stay on the rumble strips on the turns, get as close as possible.

Take your first lap slowly, making sure you complete the lap. Then on your next try follow your ghost car, improving on your mistakes. Keep tweaking over and over again and pretty soon you'll have some really low times. This is really the absolute best way to Complete the Licenses and Time Trials. :)
You can also watch pre-saved replays of ever license test so that you get an idea of the best way to take each turn.

This is indeed the best way. When that doesn't work immediately, drive a good time, and then look at the demo again. Then you see your ghost car against the demo car, so you can see on which point and at which corner you are losing time. This works almost the same as that other method.

Ride in first person view. Turn on the options for seeing the accelerator and brake (red and green), and watch for some timing on the corners. It takes some time, but pays off at the end. Good luck!!! :burnout:

Does the gameshark codes work on getting the license?
I heard they cant give u the prize car, but do they give u the s license itself to race?

Yes, there are pre-saved gameshark codes already on the disk for all the licenses. And no, you don't get the prize cars.

I just kept racing against my own ghost. Eventually you will get it.

This has worked wonders for me. I also like the competition. I didn't start doing this until I began the time trials. It is very helpful though, I agree, use this as a learning tool.

Deffinitely the ghost is immensely helpful, and use the demo replays to show you where you can pick-up time, and/or where you are losing time. The demos are invaluable.

Just try to copy the demo car's moves.

Notice the gears, and the braking points. Then you'll get it.

it takes a bit more than this.

Tom has it spot on: use the demo car to see where to brake and stuff and then keep chasing your ghost car - every time you beat it you get closer to winning the challenge.
