Just take out every other frame and save it with a few less colors. That should solve the space problem, even though I think that Bush, although gramatically challenged, is a good president.
photoshop is currently occupied for me, as I am involved in chopping a skyline. I might do it later, but I'd recommend PMing some of the people you see around the Photoshop Competitions forum to see if they'll help you.
