I'm not sure but I tried sending my Level 24 ticket earlier and that worked and that will only give you cars that are over like 4 mil so i guess the birthday tickets will send

Birthday tickets are free car tickets that PD sends you on your birthday. It gives you a car that correlates to your date of birth. People starting making additional PSN accounts with a fake birthday to get some of the higher end cars. IE, make a account with a birthday of XX-XX-1967 to receive a Lamborghini Miura

they are car tickets you receive on your birthday, when you open them you receive a car from the year you were born, using the D.O.B your made you PSN account with

I'm pretty sure it will work , yesterday I sent a 1000 ticket without a problem.

I sent a birthday ticket last night after the patch. 1967 just became a lot more valuable.
