Can you win another total grand prize in the manufacturuer's one0make races? For example, in Subaru, you can enter the Championshuip race and win 75,000 total and a new car. is that possible AGAIN?...?

Yes. Unlike GT3, if you re-enter a normal group of event it will give you an option to clear the win records (not your game progress though) to win another bonus car. You can also re-enter tournaments over and over again and repeatedly receive bonus cars, as in any other GT game.
