When you go to post, hit "Post Reply" first. The Express Reply box does not have this ability. Then you will see the full post reply window and along with it the ability to attach files. Welcome to GTPlanet, BTW.

i use forums all the time, its just that i couldnt seem to attach anything (such as cropped images) to posts from paint.
