Cant join online lobbies since last update

It'll say "success" then the gt7 logo will just spin and finally it'll say "connection timed out" help!

The first suggestion would be to try all of this:

And make sure you've cleared your network cache (Options, Network, Delete Temporary Data) too.

I have the same issue, Fixes when I reinstall until someone resets the lobby while I am in it. after a lobby reset, I can no longer join that person until next reinstall... (all other suggested fixes do not help the issue.)
