Can't join social group?

For some reason I can't a social group a friend has invited me too.
I get no notification for social group invite.
If anyone could help I'd be really greatfull.

Hi Sir Jordan It's Shift League Members Social Group set up by Arvore.
This was set up to eliminate the off topic stuff we post between us In the Shift League.
