Can't "view conversation" in profile messaging

Someone posted on my profile, and I went to "view conversation" to reply and got this message:

"Sorry, R1600Turbo, you do not have permission to access this section or feature of the site."

Is this the conversation page which gives you the error? I presume you're able to read other conversations?

Nope, just the one below it from tronrider.

All others seem to work.

He probably has it limited so only his friends can see visitor messages on his profile.
