Can't View Fastest Laps...?

Hello all, just a quick question. Why is it that when I click on the Fastest Laps link ("A directory of the fastest laps from the best drivers around the world. Post your times now on the GTP Leaderboards!") I get a message come up saying, 'Sorry, your account does not have access to this section.'
Just wondering why...

Yes, the software that orginally developed the leaderboards doesn't coordinate with the recent upgrade of vBulletin. Jordan is working on a fix, and doesn't want to give a time frame as it is a huge undertaking.
