I don't know if it's the best track for our schedule, but I sure had a blast bump-drafting Capp's up the straits at the 'forest'! Lol

We had some great battles today Mudd! Great stuff! 👍 I saved most of the replays, I'll try to get some photos tomorrow and maybe a couple video clips of some of the great action we had today. We tried out Deep Forest-Reverse and it turned out to be quite fun, I think everybody enjoyed it so it will probably take the place of Trial Mountain on the schedule.

Yeah, I bet they're even more fun when you're droppin' 1:13 lap times like you were Sohn! If you ever get froggy and want to share those transmission settings you've got....I'm all ears!!

By the way Brandon, here's my registration stuff....I think:

Haha my transmission's pretty simple :) I set it to 211 and shift at 6500 rpm :) Still running the suspension tune in post 1, but jeez is it tail happy. Sorry I didn't get to stick around and talk to you guys, my mic was dead :(

I'll be opening a practice room in a bit if anyone's interested.
 
I,m up for practice, think i've finally got handling where i'm happy with it but trans needs some work still.

Well, I finally got the idea! I don't usually dig around and actually read the specs on my cars, but I was watching your laps and after that "mobay" guy said something about your car sounding way different I realized what was going on. I can drive em' but I'm pretty bad at setting them up.....way more torque at lower rpm's.....got my times down to the 1:14.2's but still off of your time:ouch: Also realized I hadn't bought an LSD yet either!!! Ran a couple of decent laps with a stage 1 turbo....143 torque and not much loss of horse power either, but I ended up going back to the stage 3. I'll catch you on there either later tonight or tomorrow....give me something to chase!!! See ya,

Glad to hear you figured it out :) I actually told stigshero about that earlier today. The stage 1 turbo does provide more torque and thus more pp. Only one issue is that with that torque comes a TON more oversteer.
I may be on in later tonight....I'll definitely be on tomorrow though :)

edit: btw on the sound - that car's gutteral roar at low rpm is probably my favorite sound in the game :P and to think coming out of something with 133 hp :P

That gurgle can be found on a Nizmo Z gt500 and I do believe the NSX's gt500. Possible the Toms supra. It has a growl with a turbo whistle. And blow off. So nice sounding. Maybe my favorite. However the wankel and cammed v8's are pretty nice.

I agree with the rotaries also :D I'm having problems with online again :grumpy: I'm on psn but can't seem to even get into my own freaking lounge.

edit: :grumpy: giving up for the night :grumpy: stupid pd and their stupid useless servers grumble grumble grumble :grumpy:

Grand valley east reverse. I ran a 13.8 yesterday, and I BELIEVE a 12.9xx is definitely possible but it would be damn near perfect :)
 
Edit: Just realized a bunch of you guys are in the INDY 500 room so I'll wait a bit to put up a practice room :p

I was going to join your session a little while ago but i had a dead DS3.I should be re-charged in 20 min. and will keep an eye out for a new room.

Wow, I'm pooped after the 500! What an intense event! The most demanding race I've ever done for sure. Congrats to Owens on his victory!

I don't have anything left in me for today, my shoulders are still burning from that long race. Feel free to open up some Capp rooms and do some practicing. I think we're ready to start the official season this Tuesday. 👍
