Car delivery problem

Hi! I have problem with car delivery system if i get cars from anywhere..i go to car delivery then I get my car select it.. and than the car is just dissapear its no anymore in car delivery and in garage too.
can any1 help me ? pls

Did you check BOTH (premium & standard) parts of your garage?
Not meant to insult but want to avoid missing the obvious.

So you did try to use the filters to look for that particular car, and it's not there? And your garage is not full?
