I finally decided to start tuning my gtr vspec 09 and I have a great launch from 1-2 gear then when I shift to 3-6 the car kind of jumps or jultz idk how to stop it. Any tips?

This means that your 2nd and 3rd gear are far apart. Whatever gear transition has that 'jolt', it automatically means that those two particular gears are way too far apart.
