Thats pretty much what a lot of California looks like right now too.
Im sure half of those cars will be on E-bay for suckers to buy.

Ahh, they're all the hideous new model with that fugly grille anyway. No real loss.

It looks a bit like a Panther to me but then again I'm not so great at identifying older cars so I could be mistaken.

Here is an example:

All that German ingenuity gone......Also that little car in the middle reminds me of a Morgan.

It reminds me of this thing I saw took a shot of in Japan, It looks like it has a Mercedes badge on the grill

I don't recall Merecedes-Benz ever building anything like that. I still think its a Zimmer, because they come with all different kinds of hood ornaments from what I've seen. I could be wrong though. Some limos have that custom built front end too.

Yeah, I think its a custom front on something, maybe a custom front on a Merc. (I am refering to the pic I posted, not the water logged car)

FALSE QUOTE!

Pretty much... :irked:
Dont quote me unless you quote exactly what I said. The way you said it makes it look like im laughing at the California tradegy. I feel terrible for the people in California.
This is EXACTLY what I said and as you can see I was laughing at an E-bay statement.

Someone could just drive that Chevy Silverado straight out of there couldn't they? The water level doesn't look quite high enough to cause problems. I could be mistaken though.

Any Brits remember when that cargo ship sunk with all the Mercs, BMWs and Audis sunk in the channel?

Reminds me of that :)

The car in the middle looks like an Excalibur.

But damn that must have made a mess of the underside of those cars. Can you say sever rusting!

Not to mention rims, brakes, drums, brake pads, axels, differentials, suspension, and basically anything gas tank and lower. Oh god, those cars are pretty much done-for. . . Now that I look at, anything below the seats!

I don't know, I've never even heard of a Zimmer before. But I would guess that they are pretty much the same by looks.

I'm not British, but I did hear of that. There's some pictures of the cars and trucks at Wreckedexotics.com. When did that happen?

The really awful vintage pastiche in Japan is a Mitsuoka Le Seyde. Yuck!

If you look at the lines of the roof and the sides, you'll see it's based on an Nissan Silvia (S15). What a tragic waste!
