As a new and obviously seriously novice driver using a pad im looking for a recommended car set up which can cope with clumsy thumbs.fingers on the expert 600, when ive tried rear wheel i tend to cook it exiting near enough any corner, thanks
You can tune the cars to reduce oversteer. The AWD cars already tend to be more balanced, so less adjustment is needed (usually you'll want to tune it to increase the oversteer, since if anything they tend to be prone to understeer).
If you are still having trouble, try running with a point or two in TCS.
Cashwars, you've made 3 similar threads now asking about 600PP in various ways (2 in Tuning section). Maybe you could condense future problems into 1 thread please?
Oh and great race with you just now, sorry for the bump though i did slow and let you keep the place because of it .
yes sorry about this thread, realised after posting that it should have gone in tuning section
Cheers for letting me keep my place, was first race with new set up
lately i have been driving my 05 STI instead of the f430 i usually drive. i'm probably going to try the R8 next to or i might just step in a viper or something. i'll see what happens. i do need to practice on my rwd skills i can lap around 2-3 secs faster in my awd then the rwd las time i checked but thats with a crap setup on my rwd car. all good fun and practice though.
well i decided to plump for the x seem to handle it a little better than my erratic driving in the 8, you might now have a few less dings/scrapes/bumps from me Zetec

No problem, i went on to win anyway so i can't complain!
The Evo X you have seems set up well, I'd stick with that if i were you for a while, you can learn the lines and braking points much easier in that, and with downforce you should be able to corner pretty quick to.
As for you're driving you're pretty good and have a good awareness of whats going on, i mean for instance when i overtook you, you gave me plenty of space and it seems like you realised i was the quicker of the two of us.
Nice clean driving, keep practicing and you could become a strong competitor.
