Can you do seasonal series over and over on same account to grind for the tickets.

That would be sweet but no, only one ticket is generated the 1st time all events are won. Subsequent wins will still render the maximum amount of credits and experience, however, but no additional tickets.

If another account is available though a much easier route would be to save main account, send the ticket to the other account, restore the main save which would restore the ticket like it was never sent, and then send the ticket that was sent BACK. This would be more feasible if the other account has no cars to win these events

I suspect many are doing this already. I have been meaning to but since the PS3 update my other accounts are no good anymore and making new accounts with working email addresses is too much of a chore

As I mentioned above, just make/use another account, do the events again on this account, then when the ticket/s are obtained, send them over to your main account.
Although, you can only send 1 Ticket per day.

You also might want to set a few of your cars up for share, so you can use them to obtain the tickets. 👍
