Car, Track, Driver online sharing

Just wanted to confirm that you don't need to be in the game to be able to share those stuff. What I mean is my stuff will still be shared if I am offline.

My question is, what exactly happens? Can they USE the driver? Can they USE the car that you're sharing?

They cant use your driver or car.

All it does is show your PSN friends your cars, drivers, and tracks. Also and that is the most anoying while you have it set to shared you cant use them yourself. So you have to unshare it if you want to use the car by yourself again.

Sorta useless feature, especially since there is no livery editor. Its kinda pointless to show cars that everyone else will have identical cars.

Now if there was a livery editor it would be lots of fun to show off your masterpieces.
