I'm going to gather up my settings but I'm no expert and I have a weird driving style. I tune my real wheel drive cars to have minimun understeer bcuz I got way too used to driving 4 wheel drive cars, no I can't drive rear wheel drive cars for ****. The suggestions the game gives you are actually quite helpful. If you leave the cursor on the setting you wanna change you'll see a message at the bottom of your screen scrolling by. Read it bcuz it may help you as much as it has helped me
