I was getting loads of understeer last race. Need to work on the setup to get confidence in the motor.
What do you want to do in qualifying? Would you like to keep the same groups and then after the first race the top three go out together and so on? Or just keep it as it is?

Just done a 4 lap stint round hock
It's a bitch to judge when to break
But got in the 1:39:something but was really pushing that car was a bit unstable

Due to the high volume of complaints, repetitive and continuous troll posts, and generally disappointed gamers, we are announcing today a new major Patch 3.0. This patch is the largest to-date by far, so large in fact that Ian Bell has directed the entire SMS team and all of it's resources to achieve this milestone patch. In addition, an extra 50 new developers have been employed, and the entire team working on PCars2 have been recalled to work on this patch full time. We are now running 2 development teams on back-to-back 12 hour shifts around the clock - that's right - a 24-hour development cycle - a world first in the gaming industry we believe!

The decision to jump from Patch 2.0 straight to 3.0 has not been taken lightly, but as you will see from the patch notes below, we believe it is more than warranted.

Below are the current list of issues and additions that are addressed in patch 3.0.

PLEASE NOTE - We have compiled a list of every single issue - in particular from banned forum members, and are implementing 100% - every single suggestion and complaint - of these. It is hoped that this will finally make every single racing gamer in the world completely satisfied and deliriously happy.


Project CARS – Patch 3.0 – Release Notes

Performance Improvements
* PC – up to 400% frame rate improvement when using Ultra settings. 120Hz gaming now possible on triple monitor (12K) setups.
* XB1 & PS4 – up to 100% frame rate improvement in extreme conditions with 40+ cars.
* We had been holding back optimisations so we could appear to be working hard - all possible optimisations have now been applied.

Bugs & Glitches
* There will be no bugs. Period. We needed something to do...

New Vehicle Content
* To match Forza and GT, we have included an additional 400 fully modelled vehicles. We can now boast in excess of 500!!! This includes 120 variants of Nissan Skylines.
* Porsche, Ferrari, and Lada have all agreed to licence their full stable of high-performance dream hypercars to WMD/SMS.
* This cost 4 million and 1 pounds (£4,000,001), but we think it's well worth the investment.

New Track Content
* Every track in PCars will now have an additional 8 minor track variations.
* As per industry practice, we are counting these as separate tracks to boost our egos.

Pit Stops
* Fully-animated pit crews, VVips, Celebrities, Paparazzi and promo girls will be added.
* All Mocapped by WETA Studios (Peter Jackson) New Zealand.
* Hundreds of NPC's wandering the pit lane - be careful not to run any over, or get a drive-through penalty!

New Weather
* To combat the upcoming Forza release (and likely GT weather implementation in 2024), we have upped the ante considerably with our dynamic weather systems.
* Players now have the choice of 16 weather slots per race.
* New weather patterns include: Tornados, Cyclones, Monsoons, Tsunamis, Dust Storms, Wormholes, Bushfires, Earthquakes, Sinkholes, and Volcanoes.
* New physics modelling allows for cars to be lifted from the track and hurled through the air.
* All hyper-realistically modelled with the help of NASA and National Geographic.
* Sir David Attenborough will be doing guest voiceovers during these weather events.

Online and Community
* Xbox Live Gold and Playstation Plus will no longer be required to play multiplayer.
* 16-way local split screen will be introduced.
* True native online multi-platform gaming is here. Forget Windows 10, as of Patch 3.0 a Wii U player can compete online with another player on the bus playing on their Apple Watch. Give your liquid-nitrogen ultra PC rig a workout against an XBone or even a DS!!!
* Dedicated Servers. We have inked an exclusive deal with Amazon Cloud Services. All online play will now be supported by the world's largest and most robust network of server farms.

* All mobile platforms run at a silky-smooth 60fps.

Could not see a thing out of the window due to all the rain...The wipers are to slow and hate using any other view.

Been trying everything tonight not to over heat front left tire...Impossible i tell thee.
