Cars cut from GT4?

Yes, the Gran Turismo Skyline GT-R '01 and the Gran Turismo Skyline GT-R (Pace) '01, both exists in the main GT5 game, not sure for the PSP version. However, the Pace version cannot work its lights, unfortunately :(

Dammit that sucks. The Pacecar is one of my favourite cars from GT4. I'd often go into a race against slower cars just so I could 'pace' them (though there was usually also a stupid DeLorean that was faster than all the other cars)...
 
Also shame that Venturi was left out.
 
How did they cut cars from a game that's already been published? Did they somehow update GT4 and take cars away?

They mean that cars from GT4 haven't been added to GT5
 
There were cars from GT Concept that never made GT4. The Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 7 Rally Car (and the Prototype version, which was in GT3) and the Toyota Pod (the one with the wagging tail) never made it to GT4.

Nothing usefull to add, but thought I'd opine. Looks like Toyota took a hit. Still, plenty of good stuff to go around.
