Cars that can't be tuned

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if any of you guys at there can help me, I'm trying to find all the cars that can't be tuned.
I know the Toyota FT-1 Vision Gran Turismo can't be tuned but is there any other cars?

Maybe people don't like so much but KART are quite locked in tuning, indeed you could touch just the trans.
