Well, in all truthfulness the Lancer Evo was the SECOND car I bought, and I still love it...I just kind of figured in an arena where the heavy-hitters were mostly FR or MR using AWD was a bit of a copout... 
And that's not meant as any dis on ANYone's abilities! I still drive the Evo all the time (and my Lancia Delta!), and I still love it.
