Yes if you save the game with the ticket and then reload thumb drive if you don't get it.

Nope! However, use a USB.

You send a friend request "fr" and when it is accepted you go in game and send an item (attaché icon) select the item you want to send and select the person. If its a car you are sending go to your garage, find the car, press the ^ bottom and gift.

Metaphorically speaking? Or literally? Literally, depending on the trade. Some don't ask for anything in return and some do. Either a car, a car ticket, paint chips or racing suits and helmets.
