cheap ass equipment

I am so proud of my cheap ass equipment atm..

this pic was taken with my telescope ($86 AU) 60x700 with a 12.5mm lens and my sony 2.0mp digital camera. very cheap outfit for photographing the moon i think

at the moment i just hold the cam above the telescopes lens... this doesnt work very well and is hard to line up.

I'll soon work on a mounting bracket.

if you have a SLR then its easy cause there are attachments you can get.

i see lots of stuff for such a cheap scope too... Ive been tracking jupiter and its moons for the last few days... took some pics but they didnt turn out well. you can just see some bands on it when you zoom in and only 2 moons which are real faint. but looking thru the scope you can see jupiter real clear
