I would actually have to say the Panoz Esperante has the best ratio of power to price. All it costs is some skill, and about half an hour to get gold on all the time attacks. But it'd depend...

I see you all are on a budget. So is my spot race. Its the 60k thread in the online racing spot race forum. Buy a car and modify it using only 60 grand to do both the purchase of the vehicle and the upgrading. Maybe you could settle your debates this way.
