no power steering no power brakes and no airbags no ac. but it does have a collapsible steering column. I doubt many women would want to drive it

Chick cars to my understanding are sporty cars but with civilized interiors. Even pseudo-sporty can do the trick. It matters how it looks not what it does. That of course stems from the fact that women in general are more superficial than us men. *prepares flameshield*

OK we understood (thanks Famine) the that filler does not determine anything.

It matters how it looks not what it does.

What should the average car do, carry people at a moderate speed from one place to the other. I estimate that people that see it this way are right.

I look if the engine is well placed (mine is not), if the weight distribution looks right, there is a good power to weight ratio, I have sufficient torque in lower rpms.... but does that really do something to "carry people at a moderate speed from one place to the other."

Now a chick car:
I always found the Mercedez Benz SLK a chick car:

However my masculin side would have absolutely no issue with this one:

To me it seems there is a feminine thing in elegance, light and a masculine thing in power, brutal for a car. This does not make a woman that has a Hummer less feminine or a man in a Lancia Ypsilon less masculin.

Most cars are in between according to me.

I saw the pic befor i could read the text and was about to call you an ass. you are safe. No z will ever be a chick car.

This thread made me lol. My Trans Am has the gas cap on the drivers side where as my Camaro has it on the passenger side.

My mates all say a miata is a chicks car.

Pics

I disagree.

Even slammed Miatas look very feminine to me. So yea I would call it chick car just cuz it looks girly and that's all the phrase "chick car" means to me. 94-98 mustangs look really girly too.
