This should help you out quite a bit.

some suggestions for taking care of them:
1) use a q-tip every day to clean out your ears. Otherwise your plugs will come out all nasty like
2) try and keep your plugs and the fittings clean for obvious reasons
3) no matter how well you know someone someone, NEVER, under ANY circumstances should you share the plugs. The only time it's acceptable is if you wash the fittings before and after the other person uses it.
4) don't crank the volume too loud. It hurts like hell ;)

I tried volume 40 and my ears were really ringing. Thanks for the link. Nice tips!
 
wow, you took it up to 40 :scared:? The highest I've managed was 25 on mine.
 
Well, I normally have mine on 20 with these headphones. I must be conditioned to that volume. Either that, or I'm going deaf.
