I'd rather be deaf. We depend on our eyes so much that I couldn't do without them. Hearing isn't as bad as I'd still be able to communicate with people from them writing down what they say.
 
Interesting Poll... If one had to go over the other...definately my hearing could go first. Hell, it's already going... I just couldn't go without eye sight.

Oh, thanks a lot! Both choices suck! :lol: I'd have to go with "Deaf and Working".
 
If you were blind you couldn't see teh bewbees!

And also you'd need to learn some sort of braille.
 
As much as living without music and sounds in general, I'd much rather be deaf. Just walking down the hallway with my eyes closed is scary enough...
 
have to ay id rather be deaf because you can see things and understand what people say by reading lips. by being blind, you cant see anything...and i think that is a horrilbe thing to loose...

Ahhh... But the Braille method is the best way to feel the....

I don't think you'd need a woman to write for you in braile in order for you to get the picture.
 
Although i'd miss hearing new music, i'd definitly want to be deaf over blind. I went through a weekend of being blind thanks to chlorine, and another time thanks to the flash of a camera (yeah, don't hold it up to your eyes and make it flash, made for a funny picture though) and I felt vulnerable the whole time, not even wanting to leave my bed. :(
