Where are the chrome or polished rims?

What Manufacturer and which rims show up as polished?

So far I've only found a set of Speedline rims that are polished, and the Volk 3 spokes with a polished lip.

This is a joke, right? Either way I'll explain the best i can. Chrome is that shiny stuff you see on peoples wheels, looks almost like a mirror. Polished is like a dull silver, I think. And dubs are just 20 inch rims.

I know what the phuck chrome is smartass. I was asking where the chrome or polished rims are in the game. As there are some rims that don't appear "shiney" while you're buying rims, but turn out shiney when you see'em on the car on the track.
